American and French national, laureate of two Master’s Degrees in Finance (ESCP Business School and Sorbonne University), Maxime has worked in investment banking (Equity Capital Markets) at Morgan Stanley and Bank of America Merrill Lynch before co-founding a US Greentech company, which was acquired by a publicly traded company.  He is a guest Lecturer in Finance at Universities and Business Schools in France, Chief Financial Officer consultant for innovative companies and Financial Director at ILife Consulting.
